How much does it cost?
Registration is free. Service is paid using prepaid hour plans, available in your account.
Do technicians pay anything?
No. Registration and receiving requests are free.
How do I top up my plan?
In your account, open “Your plan” and select “Top up”. Pay online or request a bank-transfer top-up: you’ll receive instructions within 24 hours.
Do hours expire?
Validity is stated in the plan and Hours agreement before activation. Duration, refunds and unused-hour terms are confirmed in your order.
What equipment can I register?
Our initial market includes printing, packaging and converting. Other industries will be activated progressively.
Can I choose my technician?
Yes. Choose from verified, compatible and available professionals, or request someone who already knows your equipment.
How are technicians verified?
REPANOW reviews experience, skills and documentation. Only authorised administrators can grant REPANOW Verified status.
Are emergency response times guaranteed?
Priority, when included in a plan or agreed for a job, concerns reviewing and coordinating the request ahead of compatible ordinary requests. It does not guarantee immediate technician availability, an arrival time or a repair outcome. Any agreed response times apply only when confirmed in the plan or job record.
